Cha Cha Cha Potatoes
Preparation time: 20 Minutes
Microwave time: 5 minutes
6 Medium-size potatoes, diced
1/2 Cup chopped onion
1/2 Teaspoon garlic salt
1 Teaspoon instant beef bouillon
1 Teaspoon salt
2 Cups grated Cheddar cheese
1 Four-ounce can chopped green chiles, drained
Simmer potatoes, onion, garlic salt, bouillon, salt and 1 cup water in saucepan for 10-12 minutes or until tender; Drain; Layer half the potatoes, half the cheese and half the chiles in a greased shallow 2-quart glass dish. Repeat layers. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on Medium for 4-5 minutes or until cheese melts.
