Chicken Stuffing

Microwave Time: 5 minutes
3/4 cup yellow onion, diced
3/4 cup celery, diced
6 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs or leftover bread, chopped into small bits
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup dried cranberries
4 tablespoons butter or margerine, melted
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a large, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for about 5 minutes until it is thick and hot all the way through. Serve with chicken or turkey.
