Delectable Hazelnut Chocolate Fudge
Preparation time: 3 to 5 minutes
Microwave time: 4 to 9 minutes
1 ½ cup sugar
1 tablespoon margarine
½ cup evaporated milk
¾ cup mini marshmallows
12 ounces milk chocolate chips
1 cup chopped hazelnuts
3 teaspoons vanilla
Combine sugar, margarine and milk in a microwave safe mixing bowl and cook on low to medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until the mixture begins to boil. Remove and stir. Return bowl to continue cooking for another 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally until the mixture boils and sugar dissolves completely. Next, add the chocolate chips and marshmallows. Beat this mixture until completely mixed together looks smooth. Mix in the vanilla and nuts, making sure they are evenly distributed throughout mixture. Spread into an 8×8 baking dish, making spreading evenly with a spatula. Place in the refrigerator and chill.
