Hot Kielbasa Dip
Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Microwave Time: 4 to 5 minutes
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
½ cup sour cream
1/3 cup milk
½ teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
½ pound fully cooked kielbasa or Polish sausage, finely chopped
½ cup sliced green onions, divided
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Assorted crackers or bagel chips
Heat cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl uncovered and on high heat for 1 minute. Mix in sour cream, milk, Worcestershire sauce and mayonnaise. Add the kielbasa, Parmesan cheese and ¼ cup onions, mixing well. Leave uncovered and heat for 3 to 4 minutes on high heat or until fully heated through, being sure to stir at least once. Sprinkle the top with remaining ¼ cup onions and serve with the crackers or bagel chips.
