Rock and Roll Fudge
Preparation time: 5 Minutes
Microwave time: 1-2 Minutes
1 Twelve-ounce package of chocolate chips (semi-sweet, dark, milk or white chocolate – you decide your favorite!)
1 Cup Smooth or Crunchy Peanut Butter
1 Stick Butter
3 Cups of Miniature Marshmallows
Combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter in a 9×9- inch glass dish. Microwave on High for 1-2 minutes or until melted. Mix well and stir in Marshmallows. Allow to cool and the candy to set.
