Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Microwave Time: 7 minutes
1 10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach
1 jar artichoke hearts (about 12 oz.)
3/4 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoons garlic powder
Thaw the spinach, drain, and squeeze out as much excess water as possible. Drain and chop artichoke hearts. Place cream cheese and garlic powder in a microwave-safe bowl, and microwave for 1-2 minutes, until cream cheese is softened. Mix cream cheese and garlic powder well. Stir in sour cream, spinach, artichoke hearts, 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Microwave on high for 3-4 minutes, stirring occassionally, until cheese is melted and dip is hot. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese over the top of the dip, and microwave for 1 minute or until cheese is melted. Serve with sliced french bread, crackers, pita chips, or tortilla chips.
